House Fire.

The day I was supposed to be Baptized came. It happened to be 5:00 in the morning when my Grandma who was living with us woke up and screamed for me dad. She had seen an unusual brightness of light that we never had seen before at night. Our kitchen light was always on over night. But Grandma did not accept the brighter light. She woke up and screamed for dad. Mom said dad your mothers calling for you. My dad woke up and jumped out of bed as fast as he could. And he went out to fight the fire in the house him self. It never seemed to work out so what he did is left it alone. Mom jumped out of bed her self. She ran franticly to rescue anyone who is in the house. In a matter of minutes with mom running franticly, every one is out safe. An ambulance had arrived. Mom and dad both suffered smoke inhalation and have been treated as the house continues to burn leaving us with nothing but the cloths on our back. My Mother and I are supposed to be baptized that day. But we had to move to Arkansas to a motel complex and we stay for one week or maybe it was a little longer, but the thing was, we were never baptized because of the house fire. The entire family was safe though and we were very thankful for having each other by our sides. We praise God all the time when we think of that day.

  1. This is a story in my life I never want to forget ever Because I was full on sleeping when it happened. Non of the fire alarms worked. So the good thing that was all in this situation is my grandma. If it was not for her none of us would still be alive to this day. If it was not for my family springing in to action that morning mom and dad would have kept sleeping and we all would have died in our sleep that morning. I pray to God and say thank you for me parents realizing a fire broke out in the house in the middle of the night and having them spring into action to help us all get out alive and safe. I praise him for allowing me to make it out of that house alive and safe. Thank God for grace. I am so glad.
